Breakfast is served between 8.30 am and 9am. An earlier breakfast can be arranged to suit your requirements and needsThe dining room tables are all separate to allow for your own privacy. Should you require any specific dietary needs then please discuss at time of booking and I will do my best to help.

Evening meals are served at 6.30pm. (No evening meals on Sundays. Evening meals consist of a choice of two starters, two mains and two desserts. Two course evening meals can be catered for at a reduced rate please see tariff. Evening meals consist of a three course meal with choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and two desserts. Two course evening meals can be catered for at a reduced rate please see tariff.

Breakfast Menu

Guests are welcome to help themselves to our selection of cereals, fresh fruit, prunes, grapefruit, yoghurt, and fruit juices.

We also have available, Porridge, Farmhouse grilled breakfast to your choice, Eggs, Grilled Kippers, Salmon fish cakes.

White or Wholemeal Toast with butter or low fat spread, plus a selection of Honey, Jams & homemade Marmalade.

Selection of Teas including Earl Grey, English & Camomile.
Selection of infusions including blackberry & nettle or peppermint.
Fresh cafetiere of coffee.

Our eggs are local and free range, and we try to provide all local produce when possible.

Evening Meal Menu

Starters: e.g. Prawn Cocktail, Deep fried Brie wedges with Cranberry dip, Homemade soup, egg mayonnaise, PateWhitebait, Melon boat

Main Courses

Roast of the Day, Local Lamb chops in rosemary and redcurrant sauce, Salmon fillet topped with a celery and nut sauce, Pork chops with apple and melted cheese, Chicken breast stuffed with apple, sage & garlic wrapped in bacon, Homemade Beef & Ale with Blue Cheese pie, Homemade curry, Omelette filled with your choice of filling. All served with vegetables and a selection of potatoes.


Homemade Apple Pie, Summer Fruit Crumbles, Profiteroles, Pavlova, Lemon Meringue Pie, Chocolate Mousse, Pancakes filled with fresh fruit and ice cream. All served with custard, cream or youghurt.


We have not got a table licence to sell wine, but you are very welcome to bring your own. Coffee & Teas of your choice are served in the lounge or conservatory after your meal. If you require an evening meal or have any particular likes or dislikes then please just let me know.
